Your IT should be
somebody else’s 3am problem.
Fixed monthly cost. Named engineers who know your estate. On site when it matters, remote when it doesn’t — and a phone that gets answered.
Most people call. It is faster, and you speak to an engineer — not a form.
What we need to quote you
The three things that bring people here
Almost every conversation starts with one of these. If you recognise yours, the call is worth ten minutes.
One person holds everything
The IT knowledge lives in one head. When that person is on leave, ill, or resigns, the business stops. Nobody has the passwords written down.
Nothing is ever fixed, only patched
The same fault comes back every month. No one is looking at why, because everyone is busy answering the last ticket.
Nobody can answer the audit
A client, an insurer or a regulator asks what your controls are. There is no documentation, no backup test, no answer.
Everything below is included. Not billed per incident.
If it is on this list, you never get an invoice for it. That is the whole point of a fixed fee.
The estates behind the promises
These are real Stark programmes. Client identifiers are withheld under confidentiality — sector and scope only.
National Data Centre
A complete physical build — compute, storage, virtualisation, firewalls, segmentation and structured cabling — delivered under strict security and confidentiality requirements, then operated.
National E-Payment Platform
Network core and SD-WAN connectivity with WAF and NAC protection behind a national payment service, monitored around the clock.
Geoscience HPC Cluster
Architected, racked and cabled every node. Cluster interconnect, high-performance storage, routing and firewalls — from bare racks to a production processing cluster.
Contact-Centre Campus Network
Stacked distribution pairs forwarding active-active with redundant fibre uplinks, and a firewall pair in HA — designed so no single link, switch or firewall can take the floor offline.
References can be provided directly, on request, with the client’s agreement.
A fixed monthly fee. No surprise invoices.
The questions we get asked most
We already have one IT person. Does this replace them?
Usually not. Most often we sit behind them — they keep the relationships and the day-to-day, and we bring the monitoring, the escalation, the specialists and the cover for leave and illness. Where a company has no internal IT at all, we become the whole function.
How quickly do you respond?
Response times are written into the agreement and vary by severity — a site down is not a slow printer. We agree those targets with you before you sign, and we report against them. We would rather commit to a number we hit than a number that sounds good.
What if we want to leave?
You leave with your documentation — as-built network, address plan, licence register and recovery procedures. We consider a client who cannot leave to be a client who is trapped, not a client who is happy.
Do you work outside Cairo?
Yes. We have engineers in Cairo, Alexandria and Assiut, and we deliver on site across Egypt — and have delivered on site in Saudi Arabia.
What does the free assessment actually involve?
An engineer reviews what you are running, what is exposed, what is unsupported and what is not backed up, and you get a written summary of the gaps. There is no obligation to proceed, and we will tell you where you do not need to spend.
Tell us what is not working.
Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough for us to tell you whether we can help — and whether you need us at all.
