A backup you have not restored is a hope, not a plan.
Backup for servers, endpoints, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with restores tested on a schedule and the evidence sent to you. Built to the recovery time the business can actually tolerate.
Two numbers decide everything
We start by asking how much data you can afford to lose, and how long you can afford to be down. Every technical decision follows from those two answers, and most backup designs fail because nobody asked.
Servers and virtual machines
Image level backup with the ability to boot a failed server from the backup while the original is repaired.
Microsoft 365 and Workspace
Mail, drive and sites. The platform protects itself from outage. It does not protect you from deletion.
Endpoints
Laptops that never come back to the office still hold data the business needs.
Offsite copy
A copy that a fire, a flood or ransomware in your building cannot reach.
Immutability
Backups that cannot be altered or deleted for a set period, including by an administrator account that has been compromised.
Tested restores
Scheduled restores into an isolated environment, with a report. This is the part almost everyone skips.
The uncomfortable question
- If every server were encrypted tonight, how long until you were trading again? If the answer is a guess, it is not a plan.
- Attackers delete backups first. If your backup uses domain credentials, assume it is gone too.
- We design so that the last clean copy is out of reach, and we prove it by restoring from it.
When did you last restore anything?
If the honest answer is never, that is the conversation to have.
