These terms govern your use of the website starktechnology.net, including the Arabic version at starktechnology.net/ar/ (the “website”). By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. What the website is for

The website describes who we are and what we do. It exists so that organisations considering working with us can understand our capability and get in touch. You may use it to read about our services, view our published work, and contact us.

3. What you may not do

• Use the website in any way that breaches Egyptian law or the law of the country you are in.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it runs on, or any connected system.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website without our prior written permission.
• Introduce malicious code of any kind.
• Use automated means to extract content at a rate that degrades the service for others.
• Reproduce, republish or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission.
• Impersonate Stark Technology or any of its staff.
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Attempting unauthorised access may be a criminal offence under Egyptian Law No. 175 of 2018 on Anti-Cyber and Information Technology Crimes. We report attempts and cooperate with the authorities.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, layout, graphics, photography, logos, icons, design and code, is owned by Stark Technology or licensed to us, and is protected by Egyptian Law No. 82 of 2002 on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and by international copyright law.

The “Stark Technology” name and logo are our marks. Third-party vendor names and logos shown on the website, for example Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, Dell, Veeam and VMware, are the marks of their respective owners and appear solely to indicate the platforms we are certified on and work with. Their appearance does not imply their endorsement of these terms.

You may print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You must not alter them, and you must not remove any copyright notice.

5. Accuracy of the content

We take care to keep the website accurate, and we would rather say nothing than say something we cannot stand behind.

Even so, the content is general information about our capabilities. It is not technical, security, legal or commercial advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on the website creates a contract, a service level commitment or a warranty.
