Our engineers are trained on the platforms we deploy, certified by the vendors we partner with, and rotated across projects so knowledge stays inside the company rather than walking out of it. That is why our clients speak to people who already know their environment, not to a queue.
In IT services, the difference between a supplier and a partner is whether the same engineer who designed your environment is still there 2 years later when something changes. We have built Stark around keeping that person.

Structured onboarding, shadowing on live sites, first vendor certification within the first year.

Owns workstreams on client projects. Second-level certification and on-call rotation.

Designs solutions, leads implementations, and is accountable for bringing juniors up.

Team Lead / Solution Architect
Owns the technical relationship with clients and the architecture across multiple projects.
