Business telephony without a phone bill that surprises you
Grandstream IP PBX, handsets and gateways — specified, installed, number-ported and supported in Egypt, so calls between your sites cost nothing and calls out cost less.
Grandstream, end to end
UCM IP PBX
Grandstream UCM series on premises or hosted, sized to your extension and concurrent-call count, with IVR, queues, voicemail and call recording configured properly.
Handsets and DECT
GRP and GXP desk phones, DECT for warehouse and floor staff, and softphones for people who work from anywhere.
Trunks and gateways
SIP trunks from Egyptian carriers, and analogue or PRI gateways where existing lines have to stay.
Multi-site calling
Branches linked so internal calls between offices are free and the dial plan is the same wherever staff sit.
Call reporting
Who called, who answered, how long they waited and how many gave up — reporting a manager can act on.
Support and moves
Adds, moves and changes handled under a service agreement instead of a call-out charge every time somebody changes desk.
Survey, design, port, cut over
1. Survey
Extension count, call patterns, existing lines and what the network can carry. VoIP quality is a network problem before it is a phone problem.
2. Design
Dial plan, IVR flow, queues, extensions and trunk sizing, plus the QoS the network needs to carry it.
3. Supply and number porting
Hardware quoted at partner pricing, and your existing numbers ported so nobody has to reprint a business card.
4. Cut over
Planned changeover with the old system kept live until the new one is proven. Our engineers do the switch and stay for the morning after.
5. Support
Monitoring, firmware, backup of the PBX configuration, and changes handled under a written agreement.
Common questions
Are you a Grandstream partner?
Yes. We are a Grandstream partner and supply, install and support the equipment we specify. Our accreditations are on the partners page.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
In most cases yes. Number porting is part of the project and we handle the carrier paperwork.
Will call quality hold up on our internet?
That is a network design question, and it is why the same team that builds your network builds your phone system. We measure before we promise.
Do we need on-premises hardware?
Not necessarily. We deploy on premises where control or local calling requires it, and hosted where it does not.
Tell us how many extensions you need.
That and your current phone bill are enough for us to show you what the new one would look like.
