Quoted at partner pricing, with the licensing and support contracts you actually need and not the ones you do not.
4. Migration
Written cutover plan with a rollback point at every step. Our engineers do the night, and stay for the morning after.
5. Support
Monitoring, configuration backup, firmware and change management under a written service agreement.
Common questions
Are you a Cisco partner?
Yes. We hold Cisco partner status and supply, install and support the equipment we specify. Our accreditations are on the partners page.
Cisco or something cheaper?
It depends on the requirement. We work with Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba and TP-Link Omada, and we will tell you honestly when the cheaper platform does the job. Being a partner does not oblige us to oversell.
Can you support an existing Cisco estate?
Yes. We start by documenting what is actually there, which for most clients is the first time it has been written down.
Do you handle licensing renewals?
Yes, including Smart Licensing, DNA and Meraki subscriptions, with renewal dates tracked rather than remembered.
