Physical Security

Cameras, doors and alarms, on one accountable system

Surveillance, access control and intrusion detection designed, installed, commissioned and supported as part of your infrastructure — not bolted on by a separate contractor who never speaks to your IT team.

What we cover

Three systems, one design

Most sites we inherit have cameras from one supplier, door readers from another and an alarm nobody has armed since installation. They should be one system.

Video surveillance

IP camera systems designed to what you actually need to see — identification, recognition or observation — with lens and placement chosen from that, not from a catalogue. NVR or hybrid recording, retention sized to your policy and to the law.

Access control

Card, PIN, fingerprint and face readers on doors, turnstiles and barriers, with door groups, time zones and anti-passback set up properly, plus fire-alarm interlocks so doors release when they must.

Intrusion detection

Perimeter and internal detection, zoned panels, tamper monitoring and a siren and notification path that reaches a human at three in the morning.

Time and attendance

Where the same readers can carry payroll and HR reporting, we integrate them rather than making staff clock twice.

Cabling and power

Structured cabling, PoE budgeting, UPS backing and cable routes documented, because most camera faults are power and cable faults.

Remote and multi-site

Central viewing across branches over secure links, with users, permissions and audit trails that survive an audit.

How it runs

Survey, design, install, commission, support

A camera on a wall is not a security system. What makes it one is the design behind it and the person who answers when it stops working.

1. Site survey

We walk the site, mark the points that matter, note the lighting, the cable routes and the doors that are load-bearing to the business. Coverage is decided on site, not on a floor plan.

2. Design and bill of materials

Camera-by-camera coverage plan, door schedule, detection zones, storage calculation and network load, with the reasoning attached to every line item.

3. Supply

Quoted at partner pricing on Hikvision and ZKTeco, with the licensing and warranty you need and nothing you do not.

4. Installation and commissioning

Cabling, mounting, focus, angles, recording rules, door logic and alarm zones. Every camera is checked at day and at night before handover.

5. Handover and support

As-built documentation, admin training and a written service agreement covering health checks, firmware and faults.

Where we have done it

Sectors we work in

Client names stay private. The environments do not.

  • Manufacturing and industrial plants, where camera counts run high and cable routes are hostile
  • Contact centre and BPO floors, where access control and audit trails are a compliance requirement
  • Corporate offices and headquarters across Cairo, Alexandria and Assiut
  • Warehousing and logistics, where perimeter detection matters as much as cameras
  • Data centre and server room builds, where access control is part of the compliance evidence
Before you ask

Common questions

Are you a Hikvision and ZKTeco partner?

Yes. We are a partner for both and supply, install and support the equipment we specify. Our accreditations are listed on the partners page.

Can you take over a system somebody else installed?

Yes. We start by documenting what is actually installed and what still works, which for most sites is the first time it has been written down.

How much storage do we need?

It depends on camera count, resolution, frame rate, compression and how long you must keep footage. We calculate it and show you the working rather than guessing at a number.

Does this connect to our network?

It runs on your network, which is exactly why it should be designed by the people who run your network. Camera traffic is segmented so it does not compete with your business systems.

Do you handle the compliance side?

Where surveillance and access control form part of ISO 27001, PCI DSS or a customer audit, we produce the evidence in the format the auditor expects. That work sits with our information security and compliance team.

Send us a floor plan.

That plus a walk of the site is enough for us to tell you what coverage you actually need, before anyone quotes you hardware.
